Café Mam (say ‘mom’) is a family-owned and operated coffee company based in Eugene, Oregon. Our roots grow deep in organic agriculture, and our foundation is built on principles of ethical sourcing, sustainability, environmental stewardship, cultural identity, human dignity, and, of course, high-quality, freshly roasted coffee.

Delivery Driver

We have an immediate, full-time opening for a delivery driver. While this is primarily a delivery driver position, you'll also handle various miscellaneous tasks. Must have a desire to work for a mission-driven company.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering coffee to local, Eugene businesses
  • Managing inventory at some accounts
  • Placing accurate coffee orders
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues respectfully
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
  • Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with your coworkers and our customers
  • Bi-weekly out-of-town deliveries required, with overnights
  • Caring for delivery vehicles


Requirements:

  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to repeatedly lift 40-60 lbs while bending and twisting
  • Team player

Prior coffee experience a plus; prior delivery experience a plus; experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Trello, and Slack also encouraged. Women encouraged to apply!
